Report illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)

Use this form to report content you consider illegal that is stored on a website, in a mailbox or in a file share operated through HyghSoft (HyghHosting, HyghMail, file storage). Reporting is free of charge and requires no account. There is no automatic blocking: a person decides on every notice under section 68 of our terms. How we process the data is described in the privacy policy.

What happens next

You receive a reference number right away and, if you gave an email address, a confirmation of receipt. We review the notice, usually hear the customer concerned and inform you of the decision and the available means of redress. If content is restricted, the customer concerned receives a statement of reasons under Art. 17 DSA. Where there is information about a criminal offence threatening the life or safety of persons, we inform the law enforcement authorities (Art. 18 DSA).
